We recommend having your extensions installed by a licensed stylist for best results. Bundles can be sewn in, glued, or installed using other methods depending on your preference. Please consult a professional for guidance.

How do I care for my hair extensions or wig?

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Detangle gently from ends to roots. Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant when styling. Store properly when not in use to maintain longevity.

How long does shipping take?

Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us at hnhwaco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Items must be uninstalled, unworn, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes! Our virgin hair can be colored, bleached, and styled just like your natural hair. We recommend having this done by a professional to achieve the best results and maintain hair quality.
